We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Home Care Manager to lead and expand our services in the West Suffolk area, operating from our Bury St Edmunds office.

About the Role

As a Home Care Manager, you will oversee daily operations and drive business growth with the aim of becoming the premier home care provider in the region. You will receive support from our Operations Director, HR & Recruitment Team, and Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily operations
  • Drive business growth and development
  • Ensure high-quality care provision
  • Maintain regulatory compliance
  • Recruit and manage staff effectively
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care business
  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Skills:
    • Indepth understanding of the social care sector
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory responsibilities
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
    • Proven management abilities
    • Experience in staff recruitment
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Clear police check relevant to the country of residence
    • Driver with own vehicle
