As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, including order of service and mise en place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of pastry chefs to ensure high standards and continuous development.
- Develop and implement new dessert menus, collaborating with the Executive Chef.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient stock control.
Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
Salary Range: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
