Domestic Sales Growth Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive growth in the domestic central heating sector through effective lead management and securing new customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets by managing leads, engaging with customers, signing contracts, and coordinating installations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Utilize marketing and specifier-generated leads to manage, nurture, and sign new domestic customers
- Collaborate with the Territory Development Manager and key specifiers/installers within the assigned region
- Represent Calor professionally, networking at events to promote the brand and products
- Work collaboratively with the Home Energy Support Team and internal departments for an effective sales process and customer experience
- Use relevant IT systems for reporting/analysis as required by the role
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of the role
- A high level of energy, motivation, and drive to actively pursue leads, engage with customers, and drive sales
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Great attention to detail, safety consciousness, and strong organizational skills
- Competence in IT and using new technology
- A full clean driving license
About the Role:
This role requires a sales professional with a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for driving growth in the domestic central heating sector through effective lead management and securing new customers. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and closing skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
