Ambulatory Care Pharmacist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ambulatory Care Pharmacist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist with experience in clinical trials, medication therapy management, and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operation and management of the Department of Pharmacy
  • Interpret and transcribe medication orders from physician's order sheets and medication profiles
  • Maintain adequate skills in the use of pharmacy computer software and electronic medication distribution systems

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Registered or eligible for registration in the State of Rhode Island
  • Board Certification in Psychopharmacology is encouraged
