The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger Kids. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is stocked with the right products
  • Monitor sales floor operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicate with the store manager and other team members to ensure that the store is running smoothly
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or premium brand
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
