About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at PVH. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and embody the values of our business, ensuring a positive and productive store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to ensure they meet their sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.

  • You have a proven track record of success in a retail leadership role, with a strong background in sales, customer service, and team management.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions to drive business results.
  • You are a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
