Dynamic Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the shop floor, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profit growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervisory experience within a premium or luxury brand, with a strong focus on people management, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You will be an energetic and authentic leader who can inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor, including managing sales, customer service, and store operations.
- Support the Management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
- Communicate with staff daily on sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales, and other information to support exceptional customer service.
- Hold regular meetings with employees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and recognize achievements.
- Execute and model company-established best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention, and point of sale.
- Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results, including sales vs. budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
- Respond to and communicate with the Store Manager on competitor and community information that may impact company business.
- Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Analyze store-level reports and create action plans to improve results.
- Effectively communicate with the Store Manager on day-to-day operational issues.
- You will have a proven track record of supervisory experience within a premium or luxury brand.
- You will have experience in people management, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
- You will be an energetic and authentic leader who can inspire and motivate your team.
- You will be a team player who recognizes and celebrates the contributions and achievements of others.
- You will be confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
- You will be able to work well with change, adapting quickly to new situations and working at pace.
