Dynamic Floor Supervisor

The Floor Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores, leading by example and inspiring their team through their passion and belief in our brands. This dynamic individual will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the shop floor, achieving the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Model and execute company-established best practices in customer service, store operations, loss prevention, and point of sale.
- Monitor and analyze store-level reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive results.
- You'll have a proven track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
- You'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You'll be a strategic thinker, able to analyze data and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
- You'll be a team player, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- You'll be adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
