The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Tommy Hilfiger Kids. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store visual merchandising and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and set the tone for exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the store environment.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
