Edinburgh Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Edinburgh on a temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong administrative background.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-of-house support, including managing the reception area, maintaining telephone listings, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained and welcoming to visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date telephone listings, ensuring that all contact information is current.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Centre and Finance Teams, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: £14.72 per hour via umbrella. A competitive salary reflecting the location and requirements of the role.
