About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and focused individual to join our rapidly expanding Broker Sales team as a Broker Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a forward-thinking and progressive organization, within a dynamic team environment where there are excellent progression opportunities.

As a Broker Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your own accounts with a view of growing the existing book of business. You will also be responsible for identifying and winning new partnerships by undertaking proactive outbound call campaigns.

This role will be involved in supporting across all areas of Broker Service to ensure that we continue to drive our focus on Customer Centricity and deliver on the following key responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Strive to achieve company KPIs across Sales, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team and senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and progress.
  • Broker Support: Provide the highest levels of broker support, striving for first contact resolution and ensuring that all operating procedures and regulations are followed in line with FSA and Cigna guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively support all team members and provide resource to enable all operational goals to be achieved.

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience is preferred, however not essential – full sales training will be provided.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience working within a team environment.
  • Experience of working in a multilingual capacity would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Outbound sales experience or a good knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
  • A proven track record of success.
