Compensation: Up to £27,000 plus a competitive bonus structure

Location: Glasgow

Job Purpose:

As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for handling new and existing insurance risks for our sector-leading insurance broker. This business is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking experienced sales and customer service professionals to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional assistance and support to customers through face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Specializing in the local area, you will provide quotations to taxi drivers, establish and maintain relationships with bases, fleet owners, and other key stakeholders.
  • General administration duties include renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and handling client queries.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service through quality control and continuous improvement.
  • Verifying and issuing documentation to clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the motor vehicle sector.
  • Fluency and confidence in communicating with customers over the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective negotiation skills with insurers.
