Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining site functionality and performing essential repairs. This role requires a broad skill set, including electrical and plumbing expertise, familiarity with plant room equipment, and basic carpentry skills.
About the Role:
Conduct routine electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs as required around the site, including work in plant rooms.
Assist with deliveries and collections, moving necessary equipment and materials throughout the site.
A valid driver's license is required to facilitate transportation needs across the facility.
Basic Excel proficiency and willingness to learn a new maintenance planning system.
Demonstrated experience in electrical and plumbing work with knowledge of plant room systems.
Basic carpentry skills with an ability to handle a variety of site maintenance tasks.
