**Job Title:** Maintenance Equipment Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to support the operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and machinery, performing routine inspections, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular checks on equipment, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Document maintenance activities and report any issues to the management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Overtime paid at 1.25x rate after 48 hours.
- 3% Company Pension.
