Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the optimal condition of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance solutions to infrastructure, facilities, and buildings.
- Ensure all areas meet audit standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve current practices and processes.
- Diagnose and repair faults in domestic water, sanitation systems, and basic electrical installations.
- Maintain accurate records in our CMMS system.
- Collaborate with the hygiene team to enhance cleaning processes.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Experience in equipment maintenance within utilities or services environments.
- Skillset in various building maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems.
- Demonstrated health and safety awareness.
