Engineered Connections Limited is recruiting for a South West Territory Business Development Lead to join our team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on heating, plumbing, or construction products.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers across the South West region.

A key aspect of this role is providing product training and support to customers, as well as identifying new sales opportunities.

The salary for this position is £30,000 + package and commission, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 OTE.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activity
