Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager Designate to join our team at We Buy Any Car. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model high-performance buying cars and support the regional manager in driving sales performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, prioritizing appointments and meeting targets.
  • Lead customers through the purchase journey, completing appraisals, handling documents, and processing payments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the regional manager in maintaining region compliance and performing branch standard checks.
  • Identify coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Report potential threats to the business and ensure all diaries/rotas are set up correctly.
  • Complete all necessary tasks as set out by HR and assist in the completion of purchases.

Requirements:

  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience working in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
