About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, providing guidance and support to the team to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey using our in-house systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
