Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Minster. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
  • Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions.
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
