At Hays Travel, we're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our retail branch and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer service. As a Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the overall profitability of your branch, maximising sales to the fullest potential, and exceeding targets wherever possible.

You'll also be responsible for enabling the effective day-to-day operation of your branch and foreign exchange bureau, managing, coaching, and developing your branch colleagues, and inspiring your customers through providing exceptional customer service at all times.

We're looking for a true role model for your team and peers, someone who meets targets, continuously strives for excellence, and delivers great service. If you're a motivated, positive, and inspiring influence, with great leadership skills and experience of working with other colleagues, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Branch Manager at Hays Travel, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maximise sales and exceed targets
  • Enable the effective day-to-day operation of your branch
  • Manage, coach, and develop your branch colleagues
  • Inspire your customers through providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop new business leads and maximise social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales
  • Oversee and support your team members' performance, supporting areas for development in order to achieve maximum productivity while ensuring colleague motivation and morale is at its best
  • Act as a figurehead within the local community, attending all promotional activities and events that will aid your branch performance and impact
  • Assist in the recruitment of colleagues into your branch, including apprentices whom you will ensure their development is tailored to their talent progression
