About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Jewson Civils Frazer. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Branch Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, providing guidance and support to the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead the team to prioritize health and safety, demonstrating a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
