We are seeking an experienced Trauma-Informed Practitioner to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with adults with complex mental health needs and be familiar with working through a trauma-informed lens.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and implementing trauma-informed approaches to care within our inpatient services. This involves working with the inpatient leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet the needs of our patients and communities.

\

The salary for this role is £83,590 per annum, plus a range of benefits including increase mileage rates for > 3500, a wide range of health and wellbeing support packages, and a range of internal and external development and learning opportunities.
