We are currently seeking a Community Care Practitioner to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Community Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to vulnerable adults, promoting their independence, safety, and well-being.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker.
Working Conditions:
- This is a full-time position based in Bradford.
- The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of service users.
Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is £35 per hour (assignment rate). We also offer ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
