We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner for Community Care to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will work as part of a seven-day service, rotating through different shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

With the support of agile technology and collaboration with specialists across the Trust, you will deliver timely and high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills and progress your career, with options for further study or promotion to senior roles.

As a Nurse Practitioner for Community Care, you must be able to travel extensively across the district to meet the demands of the service, working collaboratively with other colleagues and agencies to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

We offer a range of shift patterns between 8am and 9pm, seven days a week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. An estimated salary for this position is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
