Cygnet Health Care is a leading provider of specialist mental health services, and we are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a Clinical Team Leader in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to our service users.

This is a full-time role, working 5 hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Bierley, which provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women. The hospital has four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services.

We are committed to providing the best possible care and treatment to our service users, guided by the principles of a trauma-informed approach. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading regular care audits
  • Providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support the development of services
  • Maintaining a planned programme of support across your area of focus
  • Attending training and engaging in Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current Pin Number as an RMN
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role
