Technical Service Desk Analyst

We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in IT systems and networking, with a focus on Azure Cloud Support.
This is an apprenticeship program that will provide you with the chance to develop your technical skills and work towards a Level 3 qualification. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and adapt to new customers and technologies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work solo and as part of a team, and have a desire to take ownership and accountability for your work.
The estimated salary for this position is £15,000 per annum during the apprenticeship period, which will increase to £21,000 per annum after completion. Benefits include gym/health club memberships, cycle to work schemes, and private and travel insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively keep customers informed on incident or request status and progress.
- Update incidents and manage them through our system, within the SLA (service level agreement).
- Identify and escalate potential service issues, or opportunities for improvement.
Eligibility:
- QA's apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
- Eligibility requires living in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
