About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our team at Circle Group in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
  • Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment, sharing experience and skills where applicable
