Technical Support Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will provide technical support to our staff and clients, and contribute to the development and maintenance of our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, including experience in a similar role or relevant education. They should also have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, as well as a driving license and access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to our staff and clients.
  • Develop and maintain our IT systems.
  • Diagnose issues with hardware and software.
  • Assist in undertaking IT projects.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory.
  • Educate users on best practices.
  • Collaborate with an outsourced support team on escalated issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:Experience in a similar role or relevant education in IT or computing.Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.Excellent fundamental IT skills.A driving license and access to a vehicle.Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
