About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a background in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Administration, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on warm leads
• Conduct site visits to build relationships with clients and close deals
• Upsell products and services to existing clients to expand their portfolios

Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales Administration
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
