New Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Controller to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of New Business Managers to identify, qualify, tender for, and win new accounts in the corporate space.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, develop, and motivate New Business Managers to achieve sales targets and exceed budget requirements.
- Build a network of potential new customers, tender for, and close new business opportunities.
- Identify learning and development opportunities for the team and work closely with our Learning and Development team to continually raise the bar in New Business.
- Ensure full adoption and utilisation of Salesforce to enable accurate forecasting for the business of new wins. Actively lead the team through MEDDIC methodology and continue to develop and improve our New Business Process.
- Build the strategic plan and pipeline to drive growth across the Sysco business. Networking internally will be essential for the success in this role.
You will be a customer-focused individual with an innovative and agile approach to identifying new ideas and methods. You will enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results. You will be resilient, accepting and learning from mistakes, and building future solutions. You will also be committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proven sales track record
- IT literate
