About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Target Driven Progressions Officer to join our team at FIND | Creating Futures.

Job Description

This role involves working with learners to enhance their job search and employability skills, focusing on driving tangible outcomes such as job placements and apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Engagement: Deliver high-quality employability workshops, both online and in-person, to support candidates in developing their job search skills.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor and support candidates as they secure outcomes, such as job placements and progression into apprenticeships or further education programs.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote our training and recruitment services.
  • Administrative Excellence: Ensure accurate records are maintained on CRM systems, adhering to established processes.
  • Sales Focus: Proactively engage with candidates and employers to drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers.

Requirements

  • Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and recruitment targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave allowance, and professional development opportunities.
