About the Role

FIND | Creating Futures is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering learners and creating futures. We are seeking a Progression Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learners in developing their job search and employability skills, with a focus on securing meaningful employment opportunities.

This is a performance-oriented role, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Employability Sessions: Engage learners in employability workshops and one-on-one coaching to develop their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation techniques.
  • Track Progress: Monitor and support learners as they secure outcomes, such as job placements and progression into apprenticeships or further education programs.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote the organization's training and recruitment services.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance with established processes.
  • Sales Focus: Proactively engage with learners and employers to drive employment conversions, from interviews to job offers.

Requirements:

  • Target Orientation: Proven ability to meet or exceed placement and recruitment targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Motivational Leader: Approachable and inspiring, with a passion for enabling others to achieve their career goals.
  • Professionalism: Well-presented and able to represent the organization in a manner that inspires confidence.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
