As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations at our High Wycombe Home, working closely with our Home Manager and multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care. You will need to have a blend of strong leadership, clinical expertise and a compassionate approach.

The salary for this position is £50,000 per annum, with 37.5 hours worked per week (Monday to Friday, some weekend/evening work required). Benefits include:
