We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our care home in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

  • Assessing patients' health and care needs, developing care plans, and administering medication.
  • Providing nursing care, including wound care and palliative care, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaising with other healthcare professionals, supporting service users with activities of daily living, and providing emotional support to service users and their families.

Preferred skills and experience include experience working in elderly care, knowledge of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £23.50 per hour, with up to £53,768 per annum, and a range of benefits, including 35 days annual leave, Employee Ownership Trust, Company Maternity Pay, and regular Clinical Supervision.
