South Bucks Hospice at Butterfly House is a forward-thinking organisation that provides specialist palliative care services to individuals living in South Bucks. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Service Development Manager to join our leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of nurses and collaborating with the Head of Clinical Services to drive service improvement initiatives. About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position requiring a minimum of 37 hours per week. You will receive a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing with length of service, pension scheme options, and free on-site parking.
