We are seeking a skilled Criminal Records Officer to join our Fixed Penalties team in Gildersome, Morley. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support and process driving licences, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our mailbox and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative tasks
  • Processing driving licence applications
  • Opening and sorting post
  • Monitoring our mailbox and responding to email enquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and the public
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use your own initiative
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude

A DBS check will be conducted for this position.
