Job Title: Medical Records Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Spire Leeds Hospital. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Medical Records Department to ensure an effective and efficient case note filing and extraction service to all users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital.
  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and ensure their effective transportation to the relevant department(s).
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail and accuracy due to the high volume of appointments the hospital manages on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and accurate with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a similar environment is beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided.
  • Good communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
