At Spire Healthcare, we are seeking a highly organized and accurate Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Spire Washington Hospital.

As a key member of our Medical Records Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient case note filing and extraction service to all users.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.48 per hour, along with a range of benefits that include flexible working hours, paid weekly, and opportunities for further training and progression into permanent posts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and ensure their effective transportation to the relevant department(s).
  • Take primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital.
  • Maintain a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy due to the high volume of appointments managed on a daily basis.
