Medical Records Administrator Role

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Medical Records Department, ensuring an effective and efficient case note filing and extraction service to all users.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transporting them to the relevant department(s)
  • Ensuring accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records
  • Working closely with the team to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
