Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Support Administrator to join our team at Leeds Student Medical Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Managing patient data and updating records
  • Answering telephones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Registering new patients and maintaining accurate records
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve practice goals

Requirements:

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience of administration in the health sector or able to demonstrate transferable skills
  • Good clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize own workload
  • Experience of working with the public and EMIS
