NJR Recruitment is looking for a talented Business Development Risk Manager to join our team and help drive business growth through strategic partnerships with Mid-Market brokers.

In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategies that meet their business objectives. With your expertise in risk management and underwriting, you'll help identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex commercial risks and developing tailored solutions for clients.

We estimate that the annual salary for this role is around $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS TO INFORM YOUR WORK
