As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in building a list of target accounts across EMEA, leveraging multi-channel communications, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive partner growth.
Responsibilities
- Work with Partner Operations, Partner Leadership, and Regional Partner Managers to identify and engage key partners.
- Develop and execute multi-threading tactics to improve win rates and increase pipeline velocity.
- Prospect C-suite stakeholders to open doors and drive new business opportunities.
- Sign and activate new partnerships quickly.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and C-suite teams to drive partner growth and success.
- Use technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of outbound efforts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a partnership role.
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders at large corporations.
- Data-centric and operational mindset.
- Strong understanding of the partnership landscape, including technology, professional services, and venture.
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Active relationship builder with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
