SEN Teaching and Learning Support Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist setting in Leeds. This role starts in January 2025, where you will work closely with experienced educators to provide support to students with special educational needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to education and behaviour plans tailored to individual students' needs.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with supervision outside of class hours.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in teaching support, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
