As a SEN Teaching and Learning Partner, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, supporting their schoolwork, and providing a safe and secure environment.

We work closely with a diverse range of Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across the area to meet their staffing needs. Our comprehensive training programme ensures that all our candidates receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students' progress across all areas of their development
  • Encouraging positive behaviour management
  • Working one-to-one with students to support class teachers
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Establishing positive relationships with students and staff
  • Committing to inclusive practice and ensuring every child has the chance to excel
  • Providing personal care if needed
