As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives, supporting their academic and personal growth. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment for pupils.

About the Job:

  • Working in a variety of Primary school settings, supporting children's learning and development.
  • Providing 1:1 and group support for children, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals.
  • Assisting in implementing tailored learning and behaviour plans for pupils with diverse needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEN: Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in various school environments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Confidence in working closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure effective support.
  • Compassion and Patience: A nurturing approach to working with children who may face additional challenges.
