About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in managing pupils' personal needs, supervising and supporting pupils in their daily activities, and promoting their overall well-being. This role requires someone who is passionate about education, has excellent communication skills, and can work effectively with children and adults alike.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Supporting Teaching Staff: Assisting teachers with lesson planning, preparing materials, and implementing classroom routines.
  2. Pupil Care and Supervision: Ensuring pupils' physical and emotional well-being, supervising them during lessons and breaks, and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
  3. Literacy and Numeracy Support: Providing additional support to pupils who require extra help with reading, writing, and mathematics.
  4. Classroom Preparation: Setting up classrooms, preparing resources, and maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
  5. Communication and Liaison: Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other staff members to ensure seamless pupil care and support.

What We Offer

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
