We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will have a Level 2 childcare qualification (Level 3 preferred) and experience working one-to-one with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the student's needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development for all students.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver individualized support to meet the student's specific needs.
- Work effectively with the SEN student to promote their learning and development, using techniques such as behavioral management and communication strategies.
- Provide individualized support to the student to help them reach their full potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting the progression of pupils' learning and knowledge of the KS1/KS2 Curriculum. This is an excellent opportunity for those who value a supportive and understanding work environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum, flexible working days, and weekly pay. Additionally, we provide an Enhanced DBS check and opportunities for professional development.
