Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Sales Team to introduce SHIELD's innovative solutions to prospective clients
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and design tailored presentations that meet their requirements
- Author comprehensive business and technical collateral to support sales efforts
- Collaborate with our Partner ecosystem to create customized solutions for customers
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of SHIELD's solution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements in the industry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering in the B2B enterprise Software/SaaS/payments industry
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
