Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Presales Lead to join our team at Wise. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading and coaching our Pre Sales team, working towards ambitious goals to deliver our growth objectives globally for Wise Platform.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience building Pre Sales or Sales Engineering teams and delivering exceptional, customer-focused results. You will be responsible for developing and executing an ambitious Global Presales strategy that aligns to our business goals and sets the bar on what great looks like for Presales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global presales strategy that aligns to our business goals and sets the bar on what great looks like for presales
  • Drive a culture of high performance within the team backed by clear results
  • Accountable to deliver revenue alongside the business development and delivery teams being a key stakeholder within the deal flow team
  • Shape market leading solutions and experiences for partners by working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including solution design, proposal creation, and client discussions as needed

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building Pre Sales or Sales Engineering teams and delivering exceptional, customer-focused results
  • Ability to set strategy and help teams deliver against these, building consensus across multiple functions, even where competing priorities exist
  • Deep understanding of cross-border payments and knowledge of REST APIs, SWIFT, and local payment networks, especially for technical sales and solutions design
  • Fresh ideas and ability to challenge the status quo, with a focus on solving problems and communicating the impact of those ideas
  • Excellent, influential communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and persuade others
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on tracking performance and assessing opportunities to increase productivity and convert sales
  • Proactive and mission-driven, with a focus on synergistic partnerships that benefit the customer and contribute to the Wise Mission

What We Offer

Salary for this role is banded between £120,000 - £165,000 plus RSUs. We are an inclusive team and celebrate our differences.
