About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Presales Lead to join our team at Wise. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global presales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and sets the bar for excellence in presales.
  • Lead a high-performing team of presales consultants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagements.
  • Provide technical support during the sales cycle, including solution design, proposal creation, and client discussions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive sponsors and key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience building and leading high-performing presales teams, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments and the ability to capture opportunities in this space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and persuade others.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a focus on tracking performance and assessing opportunities to increase productivity and convert sales.
  • Proactive and mission-driven, with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
